Now coaching women 35+ in peri, full & surgical menopause · Next custom builds open this week
You're tracking food. You're training. You're doing everything right. And your body is doing absolutely nothing with any of it. Watch the short breakdown that finally explains why.
The scale won't move. The clothes don't fit. The energy is gone by 2pm. You're snapping at the people you love over things that didn't bother you a year ago.
It's 9pm and you're on the couch, Googling "why can't I lose weight after 40." You stopped booking family photos because you hate how you look in every single one. Hot flashes at 3am. The scale frozen for six months despite eating less than your husband.
You're starting to wonder if your body is just broken now.
It isn't. And in the next few minutes you'll see exactly why.
You've done Noom. Weight Watchers. Keto. Intermittent fasting. You've tracked calories on MyFitnessPal and hired a trainer for three months. Every one of those programs failed you the same way.
They were built for a 25-year-old with no kids, no chronic stress, intact hormones, and unlimited time. Then they got mass produced and sold to women at every life stage. That's the Copy-Paste Plan. And it's why you're still stuck.
You tried hard enough. The discipline was there. The plan was built to fail in the body you have right now. Of course it failed.
You don't keep failing the diet. The diet keeps failing you.
You've been running on empty for years. Sleep debt, recovery debt, cortisol load, hormonal disruption. Stack a hard diet on top of that and fat loss slows to a crawl. The order has to change.
The order of operations built for the hormonal reality of a body 35+. In this exact order. Always.
We stop cutting and eat at maintenance while we find your real numbers. No deficit yet. You've been cutting for years, so the first job is finding your real maintenance. Energy comes back. Sleep comes back. Cravings collapse. The 2pm crash starts going away. Without this foundation, nothing else lasts.
Three days a week of real strength training, plus a slight deficit of about 20%. You build the muscle that defines your shoulders and waist while you start dropping fat. The tape measure moves even when the scale moves slowly. This is where you start feeling like yourself again.
Now we cut harder, 25 to 30% below maintenance, from a body that has been refuelled and rebuilt, so it responds to the deficit instead of fighting it. Then back to maintenance before the next block. You cycle deficit and maintenance. You never run one long diet.
Every plan you've tried skipped straight to the cut. That's exactly why it kept collapsing.
A complete, custom system built for the hormonal reality of your body, from day one. Here's exactly what's inside, straight from the app.

I'm Brett Clarke. I spent the first 20 years of my career coaching fighters and combat athletes. Then I started coaching women over 35. A lot of them in perimenopause, full menopause, or surgical menopause. Hot flashes at 3am. The scale frozen for six months despite eating less than their husbands. Strength sessions that used to work making things worse.
I had to rebuild almost everything I knew, because a body in menopause runs on different rules. So I learned them. I read everything I could find, asked every client what was actually happening in her body, and built the system around what the research says and what 25 years of coaching proves.
It worked. The same women who'd been stuck for 12 months started moving in the first four weeks.
I've tested the system on myself too. April 2025, age 43, after umbilical hernia surgery. 212 pounds, couldn't lift heavy, couldn't train hard. 12 weeks later I was 190. All I did was run the system in the right order.
My wife Geri runs it too. Hospital theatre manager, 12 to 16 hour shifts, two kids, a 4am alarm. She trains at 5am three days a week and hasn't crashed in 18 months. If the system works on a recovery body that couldn't train, and fits a life as full as hers, it works on a body that's been through menopause. The hormonal picture is different. The order of operations is the same.
My credentials: 4x Muaythai and Kickboxing World Champion. Owner of Warrior Sports Gym in South Africa, a 1,300 square metre facility I built from rented aerobics halls. That's who I built this for.
Women 35+ in peri, full, and surgical menopause. Stuck for a year or more, then moving inside the first four weeks. The scale lies, the tape measure tells the truth.

A few of the women who ran the phases in order. Swap or add tiles as new results come in.
"My trusted body stopped working the way I was used to. Loss of sleep, hot flashes, emotional roller coaster, weight gain, brain fog, physical fatigue."
We added food back, restructured her sleep, and pulled training intensity down for the first 4 weeks so her body could recover. By week 12: "I eat so much but still lose, so I don't feel deprived. No more cravings."
The scale hadn't moved in over a year. We added food back, Phase 1 first, then Phase 2. By week 12 the tape measure told a completely different story than the scale did.
"All my training is done at HOME because I just can't get into a gym for many reasons, but I sometimes train at 10pm because of the programme Brett set up for me."
The first thing I told her was something nobody had ever told her. Train less, the right way. Three strength sessions and two shorter circuits. Less total volume, the right stimulus. We added food back so her body could finally recover. She finished the last week in the middle of moving house, and her body had still moved more than it had in 12 months of grinding.
Menopause didn't break your body.
The wrong system did.
Every month you wait, you lose more muscle, your hormones drift further, and recovery gets harder. This is the clock you can reverse, starting today, with the right order of operations.
Every month you spend feeling like a stranger in your own body is a month you don't get back. The photos you skip. The energy you don't have for the people you love. That clock only runs one way.
You can choose what the next 6 months look like. Starting today.
Complete 80% of your workouts. Track your food 6 days a week. Submit every check-in.
Do that, and if by week 16 you haven't hit at least one of these:
I keep coaching you free, for up to 8 more weeks, until you do. No starting over. No refund games. I stay in your corner until you get the result you came for.
In 25 years, I've never had a woman show up consistently and walk away with nothing. That's not a pitch. That's what happens when the system fits the life.
Yes. Donné had surgical menopause with very low testosterone and the system worked for her. Christelle was 57 in full menopause and lost 11 pounds and 4 inches off her waist in 12 weeks. The three phases were built for the hormonal reality of women 35+, and account for menopause, HRT, GLP-1 medications, and thyroid medication. If you have a specific medical situation, book a call and we'll make sure it fits.
This is the most common message I get. A normal blood panel means you're not in clinical crisis. It doesn't mean your body is recovering. A body that's been depleted for ten years isn't broken, it's been running the wrong sequence for too long. That's a system problem, not a medical one, and it's exactly what the 3-phase order fixes.
Every program you tried was a Copy-Paste Plan. None of them put a Fuel phase in front of the deficit. None of them recalibrated your macros every two weeks. Same body, same hormones, same life. Different system, different result.
Three strength sessions a week, 45 to 60 minutes, built around your schedule and equipment, even if that's a 30-minute window at home. The whole point is a plan that works inside a full life, not one that needs you to find more time.
No starvation, no banned foods. Personalised macros and a recipe library built so the food fits your life. Christelle's words at week 12: "I eat so much but still lose, so I don't feel deprived."
Immediate Everfit access with your onboarding forms and videos. Your welcome pack lands within 24 hours. Your full custom program is built and loaded within 2 to 3 days, based on your onboarding forms.
Show up the way the guarantee asks and if you haven't hit a single one of the four markers by week 16, I keep coaching you free for up to 8 more weeks until you do. No starting over, no refund games.
This page is built specifically for the body of a woman 35+ in peri, full, or surgical menopause. The case studies and protocols are women-specific.
Not Monday. Not after the holidays. Not when things calm down, because things don't calm down. Let's give you a system that fits the body you have right now.
